To whom it may concern

All interviews that are made with the author, editor and owner of this site are subject to fees of $4,500.00 per hour. Interviewers will be subject to these charges on a minimum of 30 minutes basis. Waivers of such charges must be arranged with the author before such interviews and in writing. Such waivers must be noterized by a valid notary public within no more than 4 days before such interviews.

There will be no exception to this rule.
